In September, we welcome Wellist to soft-launch the Wellist Network: a professional directory for the people building the wellness economy. Our Myk (also the founder of Wellist) will give a short talk on WHY they created the Network and what it means for Miami's wellness professionals. Other than that, it's a slightly more professional version of our always-expansive Happiest Hour.

Absolutely. Most people at every event are new. Come as you are. The practice meets you where you're at.
Something comfortable to sit or move in. A water bottle. A mat if you have one. We have extras.
Street parking is usually easy in the area. Doors open 15 minutes before start. We'd love to see you a few minutes early.
