A decade of practice,
people, and place.
Modern ŌM began in 2015 as a family endeavor — founder Myk Likhov alongside co-founders and parents Marina and Steven — crafting chakra-inspired jewelry with a simple mission: make spirituality tangible, and bring intention into the everyday.
Then Myk opened his loft to host meditations. A handful of people on cushions became something much bigger — a 21-day Cushion Crawl, a Mindfulness Festival, an 800-person meditation at Brickell City Centre. The community deepened at The Bungalow in Upper Buena Vista, with courses on sound, money, psychedelics, and consciousness.
When the world shut down, we went global from that little house — daily practice online for 543 consecutive days, welcoming teachers and healers across traditions, geographies, and cultures.
As Miami reopened and blossomed into a global destination, so did we — a new generation of entrepreneurs, creatives, and seekers finding their way in. Through every chapter, the ethos held: kindness, creativity, and quality.
Ten years on, the path forward is three things — curation, culture, and community. Not scale for its own sake, but depth. A sanctuary for stillness, connection, and remembering who we are.
There are many ways in. Your path is valid, profound, and uniquely yours. Welcome hŌMe.
