Giselle Fiumara opens with a short teaching on the phase, then leads the room through a Kundalini kriya of breath, movement, and mantra. About twenty minutes of active practice, twenty of stillness, then a brief circle. New moon nights are quieter and more inward. Full moon nights carry more sound and more release. You leave with a clear next step, or a clear thing to put down, depending on which side of the cycle you walked in on.
