• What you type into a form. Newsletter signups and our host, sponsor, corporate, private group, and facilitator booking forms collect the fields shown on the form, which can include your name, email address, and the details of your request.
• Usage measurement, only with your permission. If you allow analytics, we record which pages were viewed and which links were used, as counts and page paths.
• Advertising measurement, only with your permission. If you allow marketing, our advertising pixel records that a visit or action happened.
• Technical essentials. Standard request information needed to serve pages and keep the site working, plus local storage of your cookie choice.

Our measurement events are limited to non-identifying values such as page paths, event slugs, and category labels. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and message contents are never sent to an analytics or advertising vendor.

• To answer your inquiry or fulfil the request you submitted.
• To send you the newsletter you asked for, until you unsubscribe.
• To understand which gatherings and pages people look for, so we can program better.
• To measure whether our advertising reaches people who want these experiences.

• Google Analytics 4 — website usage measurement. Loaded only after you allow analytics.
• Meta pixel — advertising measurement. Loaded only after you allow marketing.
• MailerLite — email list and newsletter delivery for addresses submitted through our forms.
• SweatPals and Eventbrite — membership, event registration, and ticketing. When you follow a booking or membership link you leave this site and those platforms process your registration and payment details under their own notices. Where they send us a registration record, we store the attendee details they provide so we can run the gathering.
• Our hosting and database providers — to serve this site and store submitted form records.

• Form submissions and inquiry records: kept while the relationship is active, and generally reviewed and removed within about two to three years of the last contact.
• Newsletter subscriptions: kept until you unsubscribe or ask for removal.
• Analytics and advertising measurement: retained by those vendors under their own retention windows, typically up to about fourteen months for analytics.
• Your cookie choice: stored on your device for 180 days, after which we ask again.

Analytics and marketing are both off until you turn them on. Nothing beyond the essentials loads before you choose. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time, and a withdrawal stops further measurement immediately.

You can also unsubscribe from any newsletter using the link in the email, and your browser settings let you clear or block cookies and local storage.
