Hammam Detox Ritual + Kundalini Radiance
The hammam at Tierra Santa Healing House is a room built for letting go: marble, steam, and heat that works on the body so the mind can follow. We begin there, moving slowly through the ritual of warmth and release. From the steam, into practice. Giselle Fiumara, a Kundalini teacher trained in India and the US under Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, guides a candlelit Kundalini sequence of breath, mantra, and stillness. The pairing is the point: the hammam empties you, the practice fills you back up.
