New Moon Kundalini Awakening
The new moon is the quiet start of the cycle: the right night to set direction. We gather in candlelight, name what we are beginning, and let the practice do the rest. Giselle Fiumara guides a Kundalini sequence of kriya, breath, and mantra tuned to beginnings. It is a strong practice held gently. Wear something comfortable, bring water, and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
