workshop at a Modern ŌM event in Miami — The Science of Flow
Workshop

The Science of Flow

Move beyond what holds you back. Create space for what comes next. Kelle Jacob pairs an accessible introduction to the neuroscience of flow with guided visualization and a simple breathwork exercise you can use in your work, your creative life and your days. The evening moves from understanding to experience: a seated talk, personal reflection, then a sound-led integration with Nimi Gandhi. You finish by journaling, choosing one next step and sharing it with a partner or small group. You leave with clarity, a repeatable practice and new connections. Seating is limited.
