What to expect
- Arrive 15 minutes early. This is a people practice
- Wear what feels like you
- Come solo or bring a friend
- All levels, all backgrounds welcome
- About 90 minutes
Your facilitator
Absolutely. Most people at every event are new. Come as you are. The practice meets you where you're at.
Something comfortable to sit or move in. A water bottle. A mat if you have one. We have extras.
Street parking is usually easy in the area. Doors open 15 minutes before start. We'd love to see you a few minutes early.
